There are three ways to check availability.

If the requested apartment type or apartment location is not available for the dates you have requested, we will do our utmost to offer a similar alternative nearby.
All our apartments are self check in. 2 days prior to your arrival you will be emailed self check in instructions with details on how to enter the building and access your apartment. It’s important that you will have access to this email when you arrive at your apartment building. The email will also contain a 24 hour emergency contact number should you require any assistance.
You will find instructions on how to connect to our complimentary Wifi connection on the “Guest Information Sheet” found in your apartment.
No pets are allowed.
Check-in time is any time after 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00.
All our buildings are self-service and unmanned, and therefore we do not have luggage storage facilities.
However, you can find luggage storage options at all major London stations through our guest app.
All our apartments are strictly non smoking. Smoking is permitted at a designated smoking area outside your apartment building..
No. The credit / debit card details provided is used as a security deposit against incidental expenses that may occur during your stay. Guests are responsible for any costs that arise as a result of damage, breakages or unreasonable wear and tear, including the necessary cleaning of upholstery or repainting of walls or replacement key costs.
Extending your stay is possible subject to availability, if you need to extend your stay please contact reservations on +44 207 229 1011 or reservations@conceptlondon.co.uk. If the apartment is unavailable, Concept Studio Apartments will make every effort to offer an alternative. When booking, if you are aware you might want to extend your stay, please let Concept Studio Apartments know to avoid disappointment.
In the event of cancellation, notice of cancellation is required at least 14 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival no refund will be issued.
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival, all monies received will be refunded less a 15% cancellation fee. Refunds, where applicable, may take up to 21 days.
Yes, there is a communal washing machine and tumble dryer located in each building. A wash cycle cost £4 and you get 30 minutes drying time for £1.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to Basement Office, 1 Princes Square, London, W2 4NP.If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
Once we have received your enquiry Concept Studio Apartments will respond via email with our availability. If you decide to reserve the apartment we offer, you will receive a booking invoice covering the accommodation charges for your entire stay and a credit card authorisation form, which should be filed in and returned.
Once the payment has been processed you will get a ‘Confirmation of Reservation Email’. Your reservation will only be confirmed once payment has been taken from your credit / debit card.
There is a 3% credit card handling fee for all credit cards and foreign debit cards. If you are paying with a UK debit card no card handling fee will be charged.
If you are staying for more than 7 nights, servicing is provided on a weekly basis with a full change of bed linen and towels. On request additional servicing can be arranged at an extra charge (subject to staff availability).
To provide maximum comfort and to adhere to current building regulations each apartment can have a maximum of 2 occupants sharing a double bed.

Yes. Towels and linen are provided and changed once a week.

The cancelation policy will apply to any curtailment / shortening of the agreed rental period.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. Your kitchen will have a ceramic domino hob, a combination microwave and convection oven and grill, a fridge/freezer unit, dish washing sink and a kettle.
